About WJ Dance & XDE

Welcome to WJ Dance & XDE! We are one of the largest dance studios in the DMV area. We offer high-quality dance programs for adults and kids. Our programs feature classes, workshops, and auditions where WJ Dance focuses on K-pop and various styles of street dance; XDE focuses on an array of Chinese dances and ballet. WJ DANCE

WJ Dance is the most prominent K-pop dance studio in the Washington DC area, specializing in K-pop, Chinese fusion dance, Jazz, Hip-hop, and more. From experienced professional dancers with impressive careers to some of the most sought-after choreographers in the industry, our teachers are made up of the best the dance world has to offer.

WJ Dance has a large variety of classes for every skill level from beginner to professional. Whether you are interested in a diverse style in dance or looking to have some fun through a great form of exercise, we have a class that’s right for you.

Xuejuan Dance Ensemble

Xuejuan Dance Ensemble (XDE) is dedicated to promoting the beautiful art of Chinese dance through education & performance. We provide classes in Chinese classical dances, folk dances, ballet, contemporary, popular fusion dances and more. We offer technique classes to help our students build a solid foundation in dance. Our fundamental technique classes include Chinese classical dance training, flexibility training, tumbling skills, floor works, and ballet. Our folk dance classes cover a variety of ethnic dances such as the Han, Tibetan, Mongolian, Uyghur, Dai, Wa, Yi, Korean & Miao. XDE members perform widely in the DC Metro area.

Our Classes

We provide diverse and dynamic classes to all ages and dance levels. Class levels varies from beginner to professionals. Our studios are at four different locations around the DMV area. Learn more about the classes.

Routine Class

K-pop, Chinese dance, Jazz, Hip-hop, Ballet, and other dance genre classes are provide as seasonal and package bundles.

Performance Class

Trending dances or instructors' own choreographies are taught with chances to perform throughout the DC Metro areas in well-known venues such as the Kennedy Center.

Technique Class

Foundational lessons are provided to give our students the technical skills needed for a variety of dances. Students can learn things from the ground up or level up the techniques they have already mastered.
